Prostate cancer is a cancer that only occurs to man, because only man who has prostate. Mostly cases of prostate cancer are attacking elderly men above 50 years old. Fortunately, above 80% prostate cancer patients survive or in other words, only less than 20% patients killed because of prostate cancer. The survival of the patients depends on the stage of cancer and the treatments given to the patients. Earlier the prostate cancer datected, bigger oppurtunity to to patients survive. Better medical treatments could also affecting the change to survive.

The prostate is gland that produce fluid that later mixed with semen other fluid forming sperm. The colour of fluid produced by prostate is white. The mixed of semen and the fluids later ejected from men body through the penis during the ejaclation. The prostate fluid responsibility is to feed semen and to protect sperms againts the acid inside women vagina.

The location of prostate is below the bladder near the bottom of the penis. It’s surround by muscles that enabling it to eject the sperm. The prostate growth with differents size for men, depends on the testoterone hormone.

The prostate cancer treatments are depends on the stages or the cancer. The treatments usually involving surgery and radiotheraphy for early stage of the cancer and androgen deprivation theraphy for advance stage of prostate cancer. Chemotheraphy also often sugested at the advanced stage.

Since prostate lies at the sensitive area of men, the women involvement including medical staff for prastate cancer treatment should be considered carefully. Some men feel discomfort if unknown women examine their sensitive area. It could be affecting the health of the patients. The patients who feel discomfort, may ask male medical staff. Only his spouse and female close relatives may involving to take care the patients.
